Please note:
- The Almond Conference does not sell or share attendee or registrant information-ever.
- The official Hotel Group Block opens in September 2025.
- Only emails from ABC and Mosaic Event Management will contain legitimate hotel booking details.
- Do not trust unsolicited emails or calls offering to reserve rooms or claiming early access to the room block-they can't provide our negotiated group rate.
